Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
  • Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
  • All delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
  • HILSS & CO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • HILSS & CO is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable and Refused Shipments

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Customers should inspect their package upon delivery.
  • Any visible shipping damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and documented where possible.
  • Claims regarding damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • HILSS & CO reserves the right to request supporting documentation before providing a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
  • HILSS & CO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately.

Force Majeure

HILSS & CO shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HILSS & CO’s liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.
